Population health assessments were conducted in San Diego and Imperial County. The goal of the assessment was to understand disparities and identify intervention for county residents on cancer-related knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. CancerDATCancerDAT is a free, web-based data platform that enables sharing of evidence-based best practices and local adaptations of promising practices. It presents local data on cancer incidence, mortality, hospital discharge, demographics, behaviors, and social determinants of health.
